Delivery

All Goods will be delivered by courier, which will require a signature on receipt. Unless collection is to be made from the store.

Delivery will be via Courier, in some circumstances Royal Mail Signed For Delivery will be used

Delivery charges are as follows;

£0 - £49.99 = £4.99 Delivery charge

£50 - £74.99 = £5.99 Delivery charge

£75 + = Free delivery

If delivery has to be attempted more than once, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, a second delivery charge may be incurred if the recipient requires the delivery to be redirected. If the courier company are unable to deliver your parcel you will be left a calling card to collect your order from the depot

There are occasions, where the demand on certain lines are high. If this occasion occurs, PurpleHorse Embroidery will contact you to advise on expected lead time etc

For bespoke embroidered and printed items, please allow up to 14 working days. This may be longer, in busy periods.

The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate and goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.

Orders will only be despatched once payment has been received. Bespoke items (including equestrian and pet) will only be made once payment has been received.

Returns

Returns & Exchange: Non personalized items

Exchanges & Returns Non Bespoke items the following applies:

If you find items purchased from Tyler’s are the wrong size we will gladly exchange them subject to the following conditions, please see below. Equally if an item is deemed not suitable it can be returned providing there is not additional embroidery or print.

• Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt with a completed returns form. Exchanges will only be permitted with a completed returns form. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange, this is subject to stock availability. Where no exchange can be made a credit will be arranged.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all brand labels still attached.
We will only accept returned items that are clean and unused, if goods are deemed used or dirty they will be returned to you and the return postage will be charged.

• Should you wish to exchange an item you will be charged the return postage unless the exchange is due to our own error, or the product is deemed faulty, this applies to items that originally qualified for free postage.
• PurpleHorse Embroidery strongly recommends items are returned by recorded delivery. PurpleHorse Embroidery DO NOT accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Any items returned for refund must be accompanied by any ‘free' items included with the original order.

Returns & Exchange: Personalized items & Bespoke Items

Exchanges & Returns: The following applies:

• A refund or exchange will only be permitted on an item with additional print or embroidery if it is deemed faulty or the exchange is due to our own error, i.e. the item received is a different size to that ordered. Return postage will be refunded in this instance. All orders placed on the webshop are bespoke items once they have been embroidered with a Club badge , initials or a name - therefore they are non returnable .We do not hold stock of embroidered items all the stock is plain and we only embroider the items which are placed from orders which come through the website .If you are unsure of sizing please call the PurpleHorse Embroidery office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a carriage fee for this service

Damaged Goods In Transit

• PurpleHorse Embroidery need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any goods received in a damaged condition. Our carriers accept no liability for damaged goods after this time period.

Damaged Goods Through Use

• PurpleHorse Embroidery will happily return any product damaged through use to the manufacturer. Providing the manufacturer accepts liability that there is a fault the item will be exchanged or refunded. Return postage will also be refunded.

Customers Own Garments

We currently are able to provide a branding only service onto customers own garments on the following terms only:

Garments that are given to PurpleHorse Embroidery for branding are done so at the customers own risk.

Every care is always taken, however PurpleHorse Embroidery will not take responsibility for printing/embroidery onto customers own garments.

We have a minimum order value of £10.00 (+VAT)for embroidery and £5.00 (+VAT) for printing.

Turnaround Time - Priority will always be given to customers who purchase our garments with branding. Lead times for customers own garments will be from 7-14 days from receipt of order. This can increase at busy times.
